Soul Coaching

Whatever has cracked you open, you don’t move through it alone. Grief, a great change, or the quiet sense that there’s a more awake way to live. This is a hand reaching back for you.
Shattering is real. It is also a doorway.
As a transformational soul coach and death doula, Julie sits with people at the thresholds we’re rarely taught to cross. The death of someone you love, the end of a marriage, an illness, a move, a dream that didn’t survive, or the quiet ache that there must be a more awake way to live. She won’t rush to fix you or hand you a tidy plan. She’ll meet you in the descent, witness what hurts without turning away, and walk beside you as you rise into presence, and into a life held with love, grace, and compassion.
How it works
Step 1 · Descent
We name what's really here, the grief or change beneath the surface, and let it be real. Nothing rushed, nothing forced.
Step 2 · Witnessing
Together we stay with what hurts and witness it with compassion, until it has been truly seen and honored.
Step 3 · Rising
You find your footing and rise into presence, into clarity, and into a life you choose to live fully.
“My soul did not break. It cracked wide open.”
When her husband Jim died, Julie walked the long descent through grief and, slowly and sacredly, rebuilt. The practices that carried her back are the ones she now walks with you: presence, witnessing, the choice to rise.

About soul coaching.
- What is a transformational soul coach?
- A transformational soul coach guides you to go within, where you are soul guided and able to awaken to your true self. That awakening is what allows you to live an aligned, meaningful life. The work is heart-centered rather than analytical, and it walks beside you through grief, transition, and the questions that come with them.
- How is soul coaching different from traditional life coaching?
- Traditional life coaching tends to focus on goals, accountability, and outcomes. Soul coaching begins deeper. Before the doing, it tends to the being: presence, meaning, and alignment with who you truly are. It is a different path, and it is especially suited to people moving through loss, change, and the search for purpose.
- Who is soul coaching for?
- Shattering appears in many forms: the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a move to a new city, a career change, or simply the sense of being stuck and unsure of the way forward. In whatever form it appears, we each have the opportunity to go within and become our own guide. Soul coaching is companionship for that journey.
- Is soul coaching the same as therapy?
- No. Soul coaching is not therapy or medical treatment. It is a soul-guided companioning toward presence, alignment, and what Julie calls living awake. Many people find it alongside other forms of support.
