The QR codes are printed inside every copy, so the recordings travel with the book and cannot go missing. 30 reflection pauses sit alongside them. Everyone in the group keeps all of it, for as long as they want it, without giving anybody a card number.
Somebody has to open the first meeting.
Usually a chaplain, a volunteer coordinator, or the one person on staff who read it first. What that person needs is not more books.

A bulk order is not ten orders placed at once. Amazon will not package a hundred books and ship them to one address, so group copies go through a fulfillment partner and are quoted to the group. That is why this page opens a conversation rather than a cart: the number of copies, the date you are working toward and whether you want Julie in the room all change the answer, and a table of tiers would only get one of them right.
