Message for Humanity
Choose kindness, compassion and the vibration of light
September 13, 2026
Today is Rosh Hashana, it's a Jewish New Year. 5787, and for those of us celebrating, it has been a trying time in the world. It has been like nothing I could have ever imagined to have seen so much... violence, hatred. Just humans not treating humans with kindness. The physical violence, spiritual violence, all of it is so hard to even put words to or to understand. But what I do know that, at the core, we, as humans, have an innate sense of what is kind, compassionate, loving, and where the joy is. We all have the responsibility, no matter the religion, no matter our background. To make a choice to treat each other and ourselves with innate self care, love, compassion, and kindness, our world will shift, the light will rise, and we will be a completely different world, if each of us can make the choice to share our light, and to raise the vibration of this universe. Even in the past week, I've been talking to friends up north and different places in the country that are suffering with illness, and it's hard, and it's deeply painful and full of grief to see those that we love suffer. So as I talk about grief and joy in how they coexist, I will never lessen the pain of grief. Grief is real. It definitely dismantles the soul. I talk about it in my living and dying wake framework, about this dissension. That shattering is real. But the question is, is, where does the witnessing arrive? Where do we make a choice, which is the choice, to awaken and to rise? I just wanted to share a message today that was coming through me. Be grateful if you're able, love the ones that are in front of you. Be kind. And make a choice to be present in your life, and nature, and for those that you love, and for those who you only meet for the first time, I would just share yesterday. I had a beautiful experience, going to have just a particular scan done that is annual, and the nurse shared with me an end to life experience with a friend that had just died. And I reminded her that we can always celebrate somebody's life, whether they're alive or after they've died, they will know that you are with them. Honor those that have gone. Know that the connection continues, and know that our spirit is so much more than a physical body. And for those of you that are celebrating this holiday, I pray for a year, full of blessings, full of joy, full of health, for all of us, and for the rest of the world.
You may have lost a husband, a wife, a child, a parent, a sibling, a friend, a beloved animal, or a future you were promised. The loss does not need to be recent. The choosing does.
