Chapter 19 from Live and Die Awake on Love, Loss and Living Fully

In ten days, my book will be born.

On Wednesday, November 4, Live and Die Awake is released into the world. At 3:33 pm, Jim’s number, I’ll go live here on Substack with my mom, Cynthia Wright, beside me. She trained with me as a death doula in the fall of 2025.

And on launch day, I’ll release a recording I was advised from the producer, I had to redo. Today, I am releasing the transcript and on launch day, I will send the recording at 5:33 PM to all my subscribers, free and paid.

Jim is with me in this recording and the connection to the words, his intention of being present during the meditation are comforting to me and made me laugh.

We are never truly alone. We are always accompanied by our loved ones, angels,

spirit guides, and divine energy.

Jim shows up almost every day in my life. Last winter I wrote an email stepping down from a volunteer role that no longer honored my truth. The moment I hit send; my phone erupted with balloons. Electronic signs are Jim’s language. It’s as if he’s in the passenger seat, riding along with me in this life I am living.
